We provide feasibility assessments for both greenfield and brownfield developments, helping clients understand the financial potential and risks of new projects. Roma Park is Lusaka’s first and only development of its kind. A premium fully serviced gated residential community with tarmac roads and shared facilities. It set a new standard for the city and early investors achieved a 300% uplift on land prices.

Shaun Davy
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shaun has over 15 years’ experience in real estate development across Africa. He has been involved in the planning and delivery of more than 1,000 hectares of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Zambia, including Roma Park and the 600-hectare, NAPSA River View Park development and Lion’s Hill Estate.Prior to this, Shaun worked with Dubai World Africa on landmark developments including the V&A Waterfront and mixed-use projects in Kigali, Rwanda and Dakar, Senegal.

Muzingo has been with Afritec since 2013 and played a central role in the successful sale of all residential plots within Roma Park. Muzingo is now leading the marketing and sales strategy for Afritec’s upcoming developments in Lusaka.

Muyongo is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the planning, coordination and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.At Afritec, Muyongo plays a key role in overseeing the implementation of the company’s development projects.
